What it is
The Just Food Club is a public purpose club committed to promoting food justice through partnerships with local nonprofits like Grassroots Groceries. We focus on education and outreach – both within our school and in the broader community – to raise awareness about the American food crisis and inspire student action. Our work addresses issues such as food insecurity, food waste, cultural access, industrial food systems, and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). At its core, the club believes access to nourishing, sustainable, and culturally appropriate food is a human right.
